Sky City dwelers pay for Electricity, can you experdite the process please

We can’t leave like this in this cold

We are really struggling

As a Skycity resident this is completely unacceptable, we are law abiding citizens, that but electricity and yet we suffer like this.

Its been 5 days now without electricity. Im forced to by 19kg of gas and a two plates stove. My tenant wants me to teminat the contract or else she pay half of the rent.

We kindly urge the Ekurhuleni Municipality to: Provide an official update on the cause of the current outages and estimated time of resolution. Deploy emergency teams to urgently assess and resolve the issue. Implement long-term infrastructure improvements to prevent future outages in Sky City. Improve communication with affected residents to keep us informed during outages.

We need to be moved to our own substation, we have way too many houses and complex that have paying customers

No electricity for 5 days we are very inconvenienced as residents. We are paying for this electricity we need an immediate solution to this
