To the Esteemed Members of the Ambassador II Board and Fellow Shareholders,

We, the undersigned shareholders of the Ambassador II, with sincere respect for the Board's dedication and service, hereby submit this petition to respectfully request a delay in the hiring process of a new Community Manager until the installation of the new Board members.

As shareholders deeply invested in the well-being and future of our community, we believe that the decision to appoint a new Community Manager is pivotal to the direction and atmosphere of our co-op. The Community Manager plays a crucial role in shaping our daily lives and community spirit, and it is imperative that this individual aligns with the collective vision and values of the shareholders and the Board alike.

Given the significant responsibilities and impact of the Community Manager's role, we propose the following considerations to support our request:

1. **Alignment with New Leadership:** The incoming Board members will bring fresh perspectives and ideas to our community. Delaying the hiring process allows the new Board to participate actively in selecting a candidate who aligns with their vision and strategy, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to community management.

2. **Informed Decision-Making:** Allowing the new Board members to be involved in the selection process ensures that the decision is made with insights and inputs from a broader representation of our community, leading to a more informed and comprehensive evaluation of potential candidates.

3. **Community Confidence and Trust:** The involvement of the new Board in the hiring process will foster a sense of trust and confidence within the community, reinforcing the belief that major decisions are made with due consideration and the collective interest at heart.

4. **Ensuring Continuity and Stability:** A smooth transition in leadership is crucial. By aligning the hiring of a new Community Manager with the installation of the new Board, we ensure continuity and stability in the management and direction of our co-op.

In light of the above considerations, we kindly urge the current Board to respect the collective request of the shareholders to postpone the hiring of a new Community Manager until the new Board members have been installed. This approach not only reflects the democratic spirit and cooperative principles of our community but also ensures that the decision is made with the broadest possible support and consensus.

We appreciate the Board's understanding and consideration of our collective voice in this matter and eagerly await a constructive dialogue on how we can move forward together in the best interest of our beloved community.

Respectfully,

Share for Success
