We, the undersigned members of the Canada Games Centre, are raising serious concerns about the repeated inappropriate behavior of Blair Adam’s within the facility.
Numerous individuals have reported being yelled at or confronted aggressively over minor issues, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. The Centre is meant to be a safe, respectful space for the community, and this behavior does not reflect those values.
We respectfully request that management review these concerns and take appropriate action to ensure a positive experience for all members.

Blair tends to escalate minor situations unnecessarily. My friend was simply using a machine at the gym, and Blair approached her in an aggressive and confrontational manner, accusing her of using it for “too long.” This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. I hope this can be addressed moving forward.
Blair is extremely mean towards teenagers specifically the ones at basketball court. He often acts violently and aggressively towards minors.
Dude tried to yell in the sauna when everyone’s trying to relax. Almost fought a kid.
Blair has verbally harassed and threatened me at the Canada Games Centre in the sauna.
Blair yells and is aggressive consistently towards people at the CGC. I have witnessed it on multiple occasions!
Yelled at my friend in the sauna because "He was too close to Blair". Blair needs to seek anger management help ASAP!
This guy wont stop screaming at youngins. Roid rage hitting hard

Blair has a pattern of turning small issues that shouldn't even be issues, into major confrontations and responding by yelling. This has happened to me and to multiple friends, Blair needs to seek help ASAP!
