Local government shouldn’t be able to tell you what you can and cannot have in your yard, including chickens.
I think chickens in town is a great idea. Food may become scarce and chickens are even good pets!
I don’t have any desire to own them myself, but feel that it is important that others should be able to- ESPECIALLY with the way our economy is headed. Self sufficient over government dependent any day.
It’s a great idea! With the current shape of this world and economy, why not? Chick up Phillipsburg!
Other towns allow them. Why can’t Phillipsburg be up to speed? Government control.

Chickens would be quieter than the neighbors dog that barks all night long every night.
