Petition Against Commuting Death Sentence of Serial Killer to Life Imprisonment
To: Joseph R. Biden, Jr., President of the
United States
c/o Office of the Pardon Attorney
950 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington, D.C. 20530
[email protected]
Dear Mr. President:
We, the
undersigned, solemnly, vehemently, OPPOSE the "Petition
For Commutation" submitted to the President's Pardon Office by
Jurijus Kadamovas, a serial killer who is currently on death-row. We
adamantly urge you to uphold the verdict of the judicial system and deny
any petition to commute the death sentence of this notorious criminal to
life imprisonment (or any other lesser penalty).
Kadamovas has been
convicted of heinous crimes that have inflicted immeasurable pain and
suffering upon multiple innocent victims and their families.
His cold-blooded killings of the victims have shattered lives, instilled
fear in communities, and violated the very essence of justice and
humanity. His callous disregard for human life, as evidenced by recording
of his own words, cannot be ignored.
Granting clemency
to such an individual would undermine the integrity of our legal system
and disregard the rights of the victims and their loved ones who continue
to endure the profound trauma inflicted by these reprehensible acts. It
would send a distressing message that the most egregious offenders can
evade the full consequences of their actions, thereby diminishing the
deterrent effect of our laws and fostering a culture of impunity.
Moreover,
commuting the death sentence of Kadamovas would be a betrayal of trust to
the dedicated law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and jurors who worked
tirelessly to ensure that justice was served. It would invalidate
their efforts and disregard the solemn responsibility of the judicial
system to uphold the rule of law and protect society from those who pose a
grave threat to its safety and well-being.
We firmly believe
that certain crimes are so heinous and irredeemable that they warrant the
most severe punishment available under the law. Kadamovas has demonstrated
a clear and consistent pattern of callous disregard for human life and
societal norms, making them unfit for any form of leniency or forgiveness.
Therefore, we
implore you, Mr. President, to heed the voices of the victims and their families,
as well as the broader community, and reject any attempt to commute the
death sentence of Kadamovas. Please uphold justice, honor the memory of
the victims, and ensure the safety and security of our society by allowing
the lawful punishment to be carried out without interference or compromise.
Know the innocent victims of Kadamovas'
murderous spree.
See the lives and potentials he destroyed.

This monster should never be let out of prison... He murdered one of my friends in cold blood... He should suffer and never be part of society again. This man is evil and should never never be free again.
