If you would like to see more woodland in and around Crediton please show your support by signing this petition. By providing more woodland we can ensure that future generations will have green space to enjoy rather than concrete. The creation of woodland will also help prevent more flooding in the area and provide a suitable environment for wildlife.
I have spent this week reaching out to local planning board members to discuss the potential sites for these woods. Send an email to your representative today demanding that they prioritize green spaces over new concrete developments.

We hit a major milestone tonight and the energy behind our mission to protect Crediton is clear. Post this link on your Facebook page and text three friends to keep this momentum moving. Email your local representatives today to let them know we expect action on these green spaces.

Research is showing the benefits that working with nature can have for local communities see http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/uk-flooding-how-a-yorkshire-flood-blackspot-worked-with-nature-to-stay-dry-a6794286.html. Not only that generations have somewhere lovely to enjoy and relax in

As a member of the committee set up to look into the possibility of more woodland here in Crediton I have signed the petition and naturally support the work of my fellow committee members.

Woodlands are essential for "life" in all its aspects. Take away trees and eventually you will have.. "desert"

Please support our group. Trees are essential for life. So much healthier than concrete or plastic: they emit oxygen and retain water.
