I love those woods, they are an inspiration. I walk there to get creative ideas ..I am an artist and have used photos and video from my walks in these woods in my work

Research is showing the benefits that working with nature can have for local communities see http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/uk-flooding-how-a-yorkshire-flood-blackspot-worked-with-nature-to-stay-dry-a6794286.html. Not only that generations have somewhere lovely to enjoy and relax in

Woodlands are essential for "life" in all its aspects. Take away trees and eventually you will have.. "desert"

Please support our group. Trees are essential for life. So much healthier than concrete or plastic: they emit oxygen and retain water.

We should plant more trees wherever possible! the benefits far outweighs just positive impact on ecology. Woodland areas are a proven source of flood risk reduction and also increase in mental well-being,.

Such a lovely and ancient area it should retain and create more green space for the future.

As a member of the committee set up to look into the possibility of more woodland here in Crediton I have signed the petition and naturally support the work of my fellow committee members. Anne Hughes
