Jensen 27 Grand LLC plans to purchase The James Hotel, Jimmy’s and the adjacent restaurant spaces and will apply for liquor license transfer applications for the premises located at 23 27 Grand Street between Avenue of the Americas and Thompson Street. The James is a boutique hotel with 114 guest rooms, a bar lounge known as Jimmy’s on the 17th floor with an outdoor pool area and an interior cellar restaurant together with an exterior garden restaurant.

The hotel is open 24 hours a day seven days a week. The proposed interior hours of operation for Jimmy’s are 8AM to 3AM seven days a week and the proposed exterior hours are 8AM to 2AM Sunday to Thursday and 8AM to 3AM Friday and Saturday. The proposed interior hours of operation for the restaurant are 8AM to 2AM Sunday to Thursday and 8AM to 3AM Friday to Saturday and the proposed exterior hours are 8AM to 2AM Sunday to Thursday and 8AM to 3AM Friday and Saturday.
