RCP is not working for physicians, by against their interests, particularly trainees, as evidenced by their support of PA expansion which has a highly negative effect on doctors training

I vote for no confidence in the Royal college of physicians - london for misrepresenting physicians across England. PA's should not be allowed to take over doctors and work independently or attend clinics. Highly unsafe for the patients with their limited knowledge, background and abilities as compared to doctors.

Because I am against nurses doing doctors jobs. If you want to do doctors job, please embrace all the challenges starting from A-level results and admission to medical schools.

PAs are not professionals and bringing them in par with doctors are very scary. If one can work like a doctor with just two year of training then why one should go through hell in mbbs and plab, gmc registration and royal ship exams. All can become pas instead of doctors .

It’s appalling how they are not listening to the doctors. I am not going to continue my membership to RCP London, instead RCP Edinburg is much more sensible.

PA is not the future of NHS. GMC emphasises so much on patient safety yet allows PAs to assess patients. Irony. The public should be made aware that this system is non sustainable and is a threat to the healthcare.

The policies of RCP and position statement on the current matters can result in patient safety at risk. It means me, my family or anyone who need access to NHS can be at risk. RCP failed to hear doctors concern and give a response to satisfaction.

A PA is not a Doctor. I wish not to be treated by a PA. It has caused fear and distrust in the nhs and health care services.

They should regulate PA job description, it's related to patients safety
