Asking people who are not doctors to act as doctors is dangerous for every party involved.

The royal college has failed in its role to provide high quality medical practitioners for the care of patients in the UK. By adopting the new role for PAs, it has undermined the value of being a doctor and has opened the gates for further devalue in the future.

I do not support a group of puppets protecting their political best of interest.
I will support a strong and independent body that puts its members first at all times.
No confidence in the current body.

Stop letting PAs do tasks and jobs meant to be done by doctors. Patients deserve to be seen by a doctor with a medical degree and experience. Doctors are meant to be responsible for patients who they have seen themselves and not for those seen by ‘quack’ equivalent PAs!! Doctors in training deserve to learn skills and gain knowledge without PAs trying to do procedures and leaving clerical tasks for trainee doctors to do whilst they gain procedural skills! Shame on your leadership and management for being responsible for the downfall of the NHS!!

I am a doctor, and believe that physician assistants cannot and should not replace the role of doctors in the medical practice.

Final nail in the public health sector’s coffin! Charges should be brought forward not only a vote of no confidence
The behaviour of the leadership of the RCP in the lead up to and during the EGM has been appalling to say the least and outright misleading and fraudulent at times.

Please make sure this petition works out well
