As a patient and former NHS employeeI am very worried about scope creep and patient safety as a result;t of the ever increasing use of PAs in roles which should be filled by Junior Doctors.

Vote of no confidence yes but more effective is either mass boycott of annual fees or report Trustees to Charity Commission.

The recent EGM would've been peak funny in a 2010 BBC political comedy, but the reality is egregious and sad.

GP in Cornwall. Very concerned about the ill-conceived and rapid rollout of PAs. RCP not behaving in the interests of patients. Shameful.

Appalling behaviour by the college showing a lack of integrity and honesty. This is a probity matter that brings the profession into disrepute.

Appalling behaviour from the executive of RCP ignoring the patient safety concerns of thousands of doctors regarding MAPs. They should all step down

I have no confidence in the RCP (London) leadership as they have stewarded the decline of the profession and are not acting in the interest of the members and fellows.
