I believe the leadership position is untenable. They must resign and allow new elected leadership who have the safety of patients are their priority to lead the way forward. Financial motives are completely against the Hippocratic oath.

The RCP is failing UK doctors. It is not being transparent and is not listening to the concerns of its members and the profession

It’s time to do the right thing. Resign and let us pick up the pieces of the profession you so recklessly toyed with.

RCP are complicit with doctor substitution agenda which will have predictable worsening of patient outcomes. Indefensible. Unethical.

As a patient stakeholder, I fear for our safety. There was no political or legal mandate for the Royal Colleges, NHSE, political parties, unions or any other body to undermine and destroy the NHS. Who do these organisations represent? Big business? It certainly doesn't appear to be the interests of patients or NHS staff. Our lives depend on having an NHS, PAs are a trojan horse for continuing dumbing down, privatisation in a race to the bottom as is removing references to "doctors" from the definition of "Good Medical Practice". Shocking

Not a member of RCP but your decisions, lack of transparency and inability to listen to the concerns of doctors affect our profession and are putting patients at risk!
