हम सब जानते हैं कि हमारे समुदाय के सामने कई समस्याएं हैं, उनमे से एक मुख्य Techzone4 की टूटी हुई मैन रोड है जो Royal Nest Apartment, Samridhi, Panchtatva और आने वाले सोसाइटी Dream Valley को जोड़ता है, जो सिर्फ 2 साल पहले बनाई गई थी, अब टूट गई है।
इसका मुख्य कारण
1 अनैतिक तरीको से खड़े किये हुए ट्रक,
2 ग्रीन बेल्ट और रोड को अलग करने वाली बाउंड्री की कमी, जो धुल का कारण बनती है,
3 और धूल को रोकने के लिए कई निर्माण कंपनियाँ द्वारा सड़क के दोनों तरफ लगातार पानी का स्प्रे करना है , जिससे सड़क के किनारों पर मिट्टी जम गई और पानी सड़क के नीचे से सरक कर उसे कमजोर बना रहा था।
ऐसे कमज़ोर रोड पर जब कई टन वजनी वाहन गुजरेगा तो उसका टूटना स्वाभाविक है। सरकार द्वारा खर्च किये हुए पैसे से बने रोड का इतना जल्दी टूटना बेहद ही निराशा पूर्ण है।
इससे हमारे समुदाय के स्कूल जाने वाले बच्चों और कार्यालय जाने वाले लोगों को बहुत समस्याएं आ रही हैं। टूटी सडको ने हमारे सड़क परिवहन को भी प्रभावित किया है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप हमारे समुदाय के लोग अब टूटी हुई सड़क से गुजरना पड़ रहा हैं, जो खतरनाक हो सकता है।
हम एक प्राधिकृतिक याचिका तैयार कर रहे हैं जिसमें हम सरकार से Techzone4 की टूटी हुई रोड की मरम्मत और अनैतिक तरीके से पार्क किए जाने वाले ट्रक्स की रोकथाम के लिए कदम उठाने की मांग करेंगे। हम आपसे इस याचिका का समर्थन करने के लिए हस्ताक्षर करने की अपील करते हैं।

I have been documenting the structural failures of the Techzone4 road to ensure our formal submission to the authorities is comprehensive. The reports I receive from residents regarding the daily hazards they face confirm that this infrastructure decay has become a significant safety concern for our community.

Urgent repair is needed for roads in TECHZONE IV. Also suitable action is needed to be taken against the builders who are damaging the roads by converting it into their truck parking area causing extreme inconvenience to the residents of the nearby societies
Plz repair the broken roads and do proper fencing of the green belt so that no livestock can go inside the green belt and harm plants and trees. Few unsocial elements have also been found doing unsocial activities inside the green belt area at night.
It’s getting worst day by day. It should be repaired by NBCC as they using the road abusively and allow the trucks to park with their heavily loaded trucks. It’s worst management by NBCC.
Yes ,condition of road is very bad. Even four wheeler also difficult to run on this road. Greenery is getting vanishing from this area . Pls have a check and insist societies and school for greenery.
The broken road caused by illegally parked trucks is a daily hazard. There are multiple schools in near by. It endangers lives, damages vehicles, and disrupts traffic flow. Urgent action is needed to penalize offenders and repair the road for safety and convenience. This negligence affects the entire community and must be addressed promptly.

Connecting road is in very poor condition. Due to movement of heavy trucks at construction sites, big potholes have been created, and the same road connects many near by schools, which causes unsafe transaction for kids and elders.
