I'm definitely biased here, and I'm not at all ashamed to say so. My dad has, to put it delicately, busted his ass longer than I've been alive because he loves what he does. He NEVER took a vacation until this past year, when he was forced to. He never took extra days off, because even when he was home, he was researching new recipes and methods. He never slept. He is a machine. He's taught himself everything he knows and he has enough people who love him as a friend and boss who can speak to how talented he is. He throws himself into everything he does, and the fact that someone ripped his life's work away from him like it didn't matter is not something I can tolerate. I really hope that this petition does the job it should. My dad has created something amazing with his latest venture, and he deserves to continue doing great things. Quite frankly, I am disgusted that he was treated as if he wasn't essential to the operation that he turned into a 4-star experience. Count my signature or not, I've said what I needed to say. The fact that he'd probably be embarrassed about what I've said here kinda says everything for me. He's humble, he's hardworking, and he's a leader, which is not something that can be said for everyone.

At the heart of a good restaurant is its chef, leader, and team builder......only a few are up to the task to be all three and truly deserve the title of Executive Chef....and that person is Chef Tim Hamill.

Tim is a great leader. He is one of the leaders at the Reeds, who keeps employees motivated at any time.
