Petition for the Reinstatement of the September Exam Session at International Balkan University
We, the undersigned students of International Balkan University, respectfully request the University Administration and Rectorate to reconsider the recent decision to remove the September examination session and to reinstate it for the benefit of all students.
The September exam session has traditionally provided students with an important additional opportunity to complete academic requirements, improve grades, and continue their studies without unnecessary delays. Its removal may negatively affect a large number of students who rely on this examination period due to academic, professional, financial, or personal circumstances.
We believe that:
* The September exam session is an essential part of academic flexibility and student success.
* Many students depend on this additional examination period to meet graduation and progression requirements.
* The removal of the September session may increase academic pressure and reduce students’ opportunities to successfully complete their courses.
* Such a significant change directly affects the student body and should take into consideration student feedback and interests.
Our request is simple: to restore the September examination session and maintain the opportunities that students have benefited from for years.
We submit this petition with respect for the University’s administration and with the sincere hope that the concerns of the student community will be heard and carefully considered.

I do not have any exams that i need to take on the second penalty nor the first, however I will always stand by my fellow student friends for a need that is basic and also, should not be cancelled last minute. Unfair
i will not be able to join the june session and i think the september session has to be as an option
my opinion is why lose the student's right in other schools they have the right to take the exam three times
I already have 2 exams for penalty in September and this will effect really badly my semesters in the future
It is our right to be able to have 2 penalty schedules considering the price of 1 penalty exam
September exam sessions give students a fair opportunity to complete their academic obligations, reduce unnecessary delays in graduation and give students time to better understand the course material.
I need to take courses to be eligible for graduation, and this exam is very important. If I can take the courses, I can graduate.
