Petition for not paying for spring break housing

Please we are international students. We are far away from home, it is hard for us to manage all things.

No payment on spring break.

Lets stop these random gimmicks to drain our pockets Oswego! We're all broke

International students already pay so much to be able to attend Oswego!

Say no to housing fees

I may not be an international student but i support this petition because i do believe this charge is unnecessary to my international friend and already pay a tremendous amount of expenses abroad and back at their home university.

You shouldn’t have to pay extra for housing during breaks.

This school is horrible for allowing this happen. These students have absolutely no where to go. And you expect them to just come up with all that money for a flight to go all the way back to their country. That is just unfair and shows how money hungry the school is.

This is wrong of the school to just charge the international students when they have no where to go. Flights are very expensive and for them to go to their country for a week to pay for another flight to come back is crazy.

I find it extremely unreasonable and downright greedy that the school is forcing international students to pay for spring housing. Especially when for some/most international students it cost $1000~ just to be on a plane for 2 days and they stay home for 2 days then 2 more days on a plane back. It is a slap in the face for student body.

No housing fee for Spring break

We need free housing in spring break.

For international students, we don’t have choices to go back to home. And not everyone is affordable to pay for staying here. It is not long time, just one week so hopefully, university supports us.
