The undersigned Association Members hereby petition the Nichols Creek Homeowners Association Board of Directors to set the earliest reasonable date, time and place for a "Special Meeting" with the purpose of an "open discussion for all Association Members or their respective legal representatives" as provided in Article 2, Section 3 of the DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR NICHOLS CREEK ("Covenants"), and that notice of this meeting be sent to all members of the Association as provided for in Article II, Section 4 of the Covenants.
