The undersigned Association Members hereby petition the Nichols Creek Homeowners Association Board of Directors to set the earliest reasonable date, time and place for a "Special Meeting" with the purpose of an "open discussion for all Association Members or their respective legal representatives" as provided in Article 2, Section 3 of the DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR NICHOLS CREEK ("Covenants"), and that notice of this meeting be sent to all members of the Association as provided for in Article II, Section 4 of the Covenants.

I have been reviewing the governing documents to ensure our request for a special meeting strictly adheres to the procedural requirements. Many of you have reached out to express deep concern regarding recent board actions and the lack of transparency in our community. I will continue to finalize our formal submission to the board members this week.
