As stated in the the Pagosa Lakes Bylaws:
SECTION 8. Vacancies
(a) Regular Vacancies - Nominations must be submitted by petition signed by at least twenty-five (25)
Members in Good Standing. It must be submitted to the Association office not less than seventy-five
(75) days prior to the Annual Meeting. It must be accompanied by a completed official Director
Candidate application for nomination
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Pagosa Lakes POA will recognize this online petition as an acceptable means to collect signatures. You must be a PLPOA owner in good standing to sign the petition. Your electronic signature and ownership will be validated. Any unacceptable signatures will not be counted toward the minimum 25 signatures.

The signature threshold for formal nomination has been surpassed. I am currently assembling the required application packet for delivery to the Association office tomorrow morning.
