In the first few days of April, Google Hangouts on Connecting Waters school accounts got disabled. I know this was good in some ways, for example, some people have been getting cyber bullied lately. This is definitely a huge problem however, I feel like disabling hangouts is not the right way to solve it. Of course it stopped the cyber bullying problem, but it also stopped many other important factors in a home schooler's life. For example, I am a part of the Speech and Debate Club, and because hangouts got disabled, I am no longer able to communicate to the rest of the group of which most of them use they're own personal emails. I think that if possible, if a student is getting cyber bullied, the victim should report them and CWCS can disable that one email manually, or the victim can also simply block the bully and he won't get bothered by him/her again.
