Dear Colleagues,

We, the undersigned employees of PPL, believe in enhancing the PPL Club’s offerings to better reflect the diverse interests and needs of our community. As we approach the upcoming election, we urge nominees to consider a broader range of activities that promote physical, ethical, and societal benefits for employees and their families, while also taking into account our local & geo-political environment.

Instead of focusing on musical events, we advocate for a complete shift in focus towards activities that enrich our lives in multiple dimensions such as:

- Educational visits to museums, libraries and science clubs for children,

- Sports marathons and family sports days,

- Fundraisers, blood donation & other community driven initiatives that support local causes,

These activities not only promote physical well-being but also nurture ethical values and enhance our collective impact on the community. They also contribute to the skill development of employees and their families, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

By signing this petition, we express our desire for the nominees to modify their manifestos accordingly, ensuring that the PPL Club serves as a beacon of diversity, inclusion, and meaningful engagement for all employees, while also wisely utilizing budgetary resources.
