As an IIT student, I believe we need to foster a more open and supportive environment where mental health is taken seriously. Regular workshops on stress management, peer support groups, and easy access to counseling services should be integral to our campus culture. We must also reduce the stigma around seeking help, encouraging students to speak up when they feel overwhelmed. Together, we can create a community where every student feels valued and supported, ensuring that no one ever feels alone in their struggles.

I agree that we should revise our education curriculum in such a way that students are able to explore their talents without much pressure.

Be little sympathetic, in attendance and scoring. When distributing papers do not show frustration due to one students doubt on other student. Understand that one problem has multiple approaches and acknowledge partial marks for trying the best of their capabilities. Understand that we are not dumb maybe slow in ur subject. Be little more human while dealing with students and see them as young adults who are yet to gain experience of adulthood.

Academics need to prioritize a single student not always person suffers in bulk. A general problem shall only not be catered for a mass, an individual has its own identity and problem, which competent authorities should cater rather than denying.
I support the petition
