Treat clients as people in need, not 'the enemy'. Lay out the rules, look at the circumstances so reality works, not regimentation, and introduce a clear set of conditions and consequences. It's not rocket science!

This is basic human rights, to be informed, respected and treated with integrity. It is about the people, it is about the people.

I believe Winz staff need to be trained so they can listen to what their clients need and be respectful, polite and helpful.

Please treat us with more dignity. We've had hardship and misfortune and to not treat us with dignity and respect is cruel. To not be honest with us about our entitlements is wrong. So many rules need to be reviewed and changed!

I just wanted to say that us parent's that are on the sole parent benefit shouldn't be force to go work we will work when we ready and when the time is right some of us have parents that need to be taken care of and other family stuff going on anyway all I'm saying is we shouldn't have to be force to go on these courses to look for jobs it's like if we don't go on these courses they stop our benefits which that's not right so I say please stop forcing us

the shame that has been brought on by some members of winz ,is nothing short of disgraceful,,first thing winz employees should think about is that it is not their money ,,and if it wasn,t for beneficiaries they too would be in the same queue

Would be nice for better client service. Not having to wait in line for 30 minutes which makes u 20 mins late for your app and nobody calls you. And having a disability with pain and can't stand longer than 5 mins
