in my experience with this department I have not ever been offered information about what my entitlements are until I have actually asked and then getting the response has always been given with an nu-spoken remark that implied that I should have known this, it's not that difficult!!!!!...too many issues of been uninformed..........no clarity etc.

WINZ treatment of people is disgusting and a major contributor to peoples deteriorating mental health, i've had to console people in tears after being provoked by case managers whose behavior can only be called abusive! They are a disgusting example of humanity!

After an agreement on how much I owe them, all sorted and printed in my hands...they then doubled the amount and when I went in to talk to them about it they instantly threatened me with trespass. When i rang they threatened me with police if I called again. These people need to be jobless them selves. I work so hard for my money, why should they be allowed to steel mine. They have no idea what real work is.

Winz really need to change their attitudes towards their clients, show some respect, be humble because one day Winz workers you may be lining up at a Winz office applying for a benefit

Nobody would want to be on an invalid's benefit (changed its name to SLP), I'd happily go back to work if I wasn't so bloody unwell.

WINZ was set up to help people. Not treat them like criminals, bludgers or second class citizens. Their actions, or inactions, have caused stress, pain and hardship to many people . Time to turn it around
