The price that one pays a month for electricity a month is too much I live alone and iam not home for most of the day and I have to buy electricity every week which is absurd

The prices have been increased without warning and have increased to exorbitant amounts which impacts the lives of the residents. This is an unjustified increase and it sometimes leaves households without lights for a number of days. This sudden change has impacted the residents negatively and has no upsides to the change over. This needs to be urgently addressed.
