Petition Against Unreasonable Electricity Price hike at The Parks, Riversands

Electricity rates are ridiculous, spending R650 a week even when I spend most of my time at work

Install Eskom meters in all units! No 3rd party provider nonsense!!!

Grid Control needs to be transparent with their pricing and not fluctuate the prices with no clear communication.

Unreasonably expensive and unreliable with mainly loading issues.

They need to implement Eskom meters, not this 3rd Party nonsense causing more bills for tenants

Something isn't right with Grid, they are overcharging way beyond normal consumption.

The system is not user friendly and it’s costly for the tenants

The prices are highly inflated. There's no consistency. There was no induction on how the system works. The charges have doubled up. Worse than Unimet. Why must we go through a middleman. Why don't you install prepaid meters in each Apartment. We can purchase our own electricity directly from Eskom. Other complexes are doing it. This daily utility billing system compounds the problem. It must be included in the rent. All the places I have stayed at being a tenant include these charges with the rent. In that way you know how much it is going to cost you to stay at Parks Lifestyle Apartments. Your only worry should be powering your home. Nothing more.

we are not happy with the amount we pay for electricity, the prices are being manipulated

And we now pat for cold water... consumption remains the same even when we have 11h30 min of loadshedding

We cannot go on with this daylight robbery. The prices must drop immediately. The Parks management should make this right.
