The billing is crazy , I end up spending more than I’m using .

GCT is even worse than unimet. We need it gone please

It's very expensive,l use almost a thousand a week.l don't even understand how it works.Rather l move out or Grind control moves out.We are tired and feel robbed.

The Grid is a scam, never able to answer simple questions asked about their own system/app. Do away with them and install Eskom meters. No middle man!

Not happy with the new electricity meter service provider

We are paying more than unimet,and it's difficult for me to understand the system,I'm staying in a 1bed with one kid but I pay like 2k a month for electricity and water
