PETITION AGAINST REZONING PARCEL 16-20950-000, CORNER OF Euston & Commonwealth

Cooper owns lots of parcels zoned Comercial, there is no need to redone this property. The entire Town Center with half of the space not utilized plus over 113 acres around that area are comercial.

It would be such a safety hazard with the additional trucks and traffic that it would create. The Greenway goes right next to this property and the number of walkers and children that use this would create such a hazardous condition for them and the vehicles traveling on the roads

There are plenty of areas off major streets to develop. Please stop trying to ruin residential areas.

This area is already overrun with traffic....pedestrian, bicycle, runners, walkers, pets, etc. Find somewhere else to rezone for the Coopers.

STOP trying to trash Bella Vista!! From allowing new housing designs (ugly at that), too many new houses, too many trails, now wanting to put in a low end store in the area. I don’t care if it is zoned properly. Something tasteful would be more appropriate. We do not want to attract people that are of lower income or homeless that seem to trash an area. Please stop only looking at the $$$$$$!!!!

It’s a residential area please leave it alone . The area is perfect for families bikers walkers we don’t need traffic on this corner.

Nothing has changed since last year. We still don't want commercial zone on this road. Its stupid and greedy. Are you thinking about these people in the townhouses on or near that section?? It's busy and dangerous, with golf traffic at that intersection!

We moved here for the beautiful, natural, park setting ar Metfield. Any commercialization or any removal of the trees, desctuctuon of the green space and tree canopy at the parcel in question , at the corner of Eurston and Commonwealth is in direct conflict why we and most others have and moving here. Therefore the parcel should not be rezoned to commercial. The land should be kept as green space to maintain the park like setting and natural beauty that Bella Vista residents have always expected and enjoyed.

Please keep Bella Vista beautiful and prevent unwanted additions that distract from its beauty and negatively can impact neighborhood safety.

Do NOT rezone this parcel to commercial. Doing so would cause irreparable damage to this lovely residential neighborhood.

We fought changing the zone two years ago and we have not changed our minds; the reasons we were against it then are still valid now.
