PETITION AGAINST REZONING PARCEL 16-20950-000, CORNER OF Euston & Commonwealth

That would make it so ugly. Please don't.

Building anything on that corner is a terrible idea.

Please do not develop this corner as a business location. It is residential area and needs to stay that way for the beauty and safety of our nieghborhood. It is not a suitable location for a commercial development. Wouldn't the Sugar Creek Plaza where the movie theater used to be a much better location? Thank you!

Please vote no to the zoning change.

Use the current Cooper Community wasteland eyesores for commercial business. This was already vetoed over a year ago.

This is still against the will of the people still just like it was a year ago. We do not move to Bella Vista because we want to be close to commercial businesses. I hope common sense rather than greed prevails.

We live near this area, and stunned Cooper would want to change to commercial! Walkers, bikers, golfers all around! Not to mention the playground and pool.

This area should be kept residential only. There are plenty of available spaces on or off HWY 71 for business.

DO NOT make this a commercial area! We have enough traffic there now. Hikers, bikers and walkers use this area for recreation. You all put this recreational area in, DO NOT ruin it!

Do not put commercial buildings there. An eye sore for Bella Vista

Please keep our community safe and keep this zoned as residential. Zoning this as commercial would create numerous safety hazards for the community, especially all of the children that frequent this corner, getting to and from the pool, playgrounds, etc.

This is a residential area and should stay that way. Keep BellaVista beau!

Totally against development in my neighborhood , the lot on Commonwealth and Eustonkeep it residential

We are against the rezoning of this land on the corner of Euston and Commonwealth

Please do not change the zoning at the intersection of Euston and Commonwealth! There is no reason to ruin the neighborhood with a commercial property. Please listen to plea to leave it the way it is.

This is NOT the right thing to do!

There is a lot of bike and pedestrian traffic in this area. A commercial parking lot would pose a danger to those who use this area for recreation.

Put it somewhere else

Please keep our neighborhood a neighborhood!!

Please do not rezone this parcel. Keep it safe for recreational users in the area.
