I do not want any commercial zoning in this area (RZN-2023-51765) - it is just asking for future issues regarding safety, congestion, traffic, etc. Let's work together to save and maintain the natural beauty in this area!!! No commercial zoning!!!

It’s too pretty on that land! Maybe a park or memorial garden/quiet place to think with benches and stuff would be nice!
As you can see, this parcel is surrounded by 3 busy roads right in the middle of a residential area. In addition it is bordered by the new Greenway path which bikers, walkers, joggers... use daily. Adding a business here would cause traffic issues and endanger the public. Rezoning should not be approved if it only benefits one party (the owner).

I live in the immediate area and strongly oppose rezoning parcel 16-20950-000. I believe if a legitimate traffic study was conducted over a week’s period, the traffic at that corner alone is reason enough to not rezone to commercial property. When you factor in the foot traffic, the bicycle traffic, etc it becomes even more evident that it should remain as is - beautiful wooded area that we in Bella Vista love.

I am against this rezoning. This corner is way too busy for a business. Use the stump dump area or somewhere else.

Please do not allow a Dollar General or any other commercial business in this area. We walk and bike here. Too dangerous.
