PETITION AGAINST REZONING PARCEL 16-20950-000, CORNER OF Euston & Commonwealth

Highly against re-zoning this partial as there is no need for any commercial business in a residential area. There is plenty of other areas not in this area to build

We moved here last year because of all the nature and don’t want it commercialized now. It would ruins the beauty in this neighborhood.

Please do not zone the corner of Euston and Commonwealth as commercial. We have so much underutilized commercial space already along 71.

I am opposed to this rezoning request. It would cause enormous traffic challenges, put children, walkers, riders at risk, and negatively impact nearby property values. We are on Lake Brittany and use Commonwealth and Euston nearly everyday. Commercial properties do not belong in this area

I can't believe this is happening again. We don't want any businesses on this corner.

This should not be allowed in such a beautiful area with so much recreational space, foot and bike traffic, and family activity. Keep commercial out of Bella Vista. Nobody wants it.

Please vote against this rezoning. This area is surrounded by residential and anything commercial would not be welcome.

No one in Bella Vista wants a store in the middle of a residential area, and those that live in this immediate neighborhood definitely don't. A store here would bring significant additional traffic to Euston and Commonwealth, increasing noise and impacting the safety of those using the greenway. Please vote against this rezoning.

If you need to build a commercial building, build it on Lancashire in that big empty commercialized lot or update Town center. Bella Vista is becoming less of a haven and more of a detriment to peace.
