I am opposed to Zoning this property for commercial use. The intersections itself is a busy one with traffic going to Metfield clubhouse and the park/ skills course. In addition there is a paved walking/ biking trail that borders 2 sides of that lot. Those trails have a lot of traffic. The other 2 sides of that parcel are residential areas which would be negatively impacted by a change.

I am opposed to zoning this parcel for commercial. This parcel is located on a corner where families and retirees walk, bike and enjoy the nature of Bella Vista. It is not an appropriate location for a commercial business

A dollar general at this location is unnecessary and would be an eyesore. That area and trail is used so much by people out enjoying the beauty of Bella Vista. There is plenty of shopping within minutes. I did not purchase property up here to live in town!!

NO, NO, NO and NO. This is absolute corruption on several levels. These mysterious, probably outside entities tried to cram a Dollar Store down our throats and now trying to back door it. Find out who these people are and run them out of town permanently. YOU can't have this one last beautiful corner we have around here.

Please keep our residential neighborhoods RESIDENTIAL. Don't put stores and businesses mixed in with our homes, parks, playgrounds, and bike paths.

There is no way residents of Bella Vista want the corner of Euston and Commonwealth rezoned to commercial property! This is a beautiful area with bike trails, walking paths, is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Please stop this nonsense and leave the residential area as is!
