This service is invaluable to caretakers, family that needs help with transportation with their loved one. Used it many times for my mother.

My sister is a regular CAT rider in Camarillo. It is inconceivable that the City of Camarillo would make up for 20 years of no increases in one year. Camarillo can certainly afford to keep public transportation available and affordable to those who truly need it. Thank you.

Too large of an increase for seniors

when we are forced to pay more for transit, we have to spend less, or not at all, at the stores and business we choose to shop at. A bad Domino effect. A bad move for the citizens who need these services. Traffic has gotten so bad in this city, and more homes and business are being built all the time, more traffic. If we can't afford to get around town makes no sense.

I am disappointed the City of Camarillo is not showing compassion for our community who wants to take the bus. I miss the red trolley. It showed a warmth of Camarillo. I think those "in charge" should reconsider. Go back to "no charge". We all need to be uplifted in these trying times not gouging our wonderful locals. Any names as to who put this idea through?

If the low-income vulnerable population has to stretch their minimal income to cover these fee increases it could have a domino effect impacting their entire livelihood. The city needs to take care of their community members I'm sure they can make up for the revenue somewhere else.

I'm sorry but to raise the transport fees that ADA and veterans utilize to get around to medical a social activities by 220% during a pandemic is wrong. A yr pass alone is almost $1000. There is money being spent on frivolous city items that could supplement this need for our citizens. Shame on you for waiting 20 yrs to think about how to catch up. Repeal the fare hike and review and I act a better way to service the needs of these people.

The rates for Camarillo transportation including the Camarillo Trolley are to expensive when it was free to begin with First of all on the trolley now have to pay $1 each time get on and off if the trolley that’s ridiculous $1 for each person if you have children with you have to pay for them or whoever $1 as well and Camarillo transit the bus passes has gone up extremely high more than half really $120 for a monthly bus pass when it was $50 now it’s gone up to $120

There are so many ways to raise revenue that do not include suffering the poor and disabled. Shame!

Greg Camarillo Government needs to find ways to fund this service for those in our community that rely on this as a transportation lifeline with limited financial resources. This would be transportation money well spent compared to the millions spent on frivolous street islands/medians.

Camarillo Board - lets support the transportation needs of the the communities residents that depend on the CAT to be mobile in Camarillo. This is funded transportation money well spent compared to the millions the city spends on fancy street mediums for example.
