In 2013; shares in our company (summit pipelines) were improperly sold by the council; without any say from the membership. To buy the shares in summit pipeline was voted on, by the people by referendum. As it was the members who voted to buy the shares, it should have been the members who voted whether to sell or not. In 2013, the band distributed to the membership (2/3 of ?) the monies from the sale; and the council arbitrarily gave the remaining monies to duz cho logging (?). We the members, hereby request that the remaining funds be distributed to the members estimated at ($20,000) per head.
