We've received attached MBJB letter to remove Taman Kempas Utama Gate A barrier. This may be due to a complaint by irresponsible resident. Committee is fighting back accordingly with advice from IOI. Additionally need to sign this petition and sign support to keep barrier. This e-petition is only for those who are currently not at Taman Kempas Utama Johor Bahru to sign the hardcopy petition. 7 Taman Kempas Utama 1/9 The barrier is essential to provide the security for TKU and the safety of its residents. It must remained as it is and cannot be removed. I urged the authority to consider the necessary security for the taman and withdraw the notice given the high crime rate in the state and recent break-ins in the taman.
IOI sold the property stated gated n guarded. We have been stayed here for 10 years. Suddenly being told is illegal, we feel cheated by IOI
I bought this property (Jalan 1/8) because it is gated and guarded, therefore I wish to keep it that way. Thank you.
During this pandemic,many jobless people are willing to do things out of their mind just to earn a living and put food on their table. Its better to gated and guarded to avoid unnecessary visitors.
