Those who leave their animals out in this horribly cold weather, should be put outside as well with no protection from the cold!!

We can't keep hoping that these pet owners have common sense. We need stricter guidelines-because these pets can't fight for themselves.

we need stiffer fines and to beable to punish animal abusers. leaving your pet in the freezing cold unsble to fend for themselves is abuse I dont care if they have a dog house bring them in

People that neglect their dogs should be charged the same way as one would be with child abuse. Even better, let the REAL animal lovers take care of the neglectors.

It is my contention that if City council cannot approve a bylaw to propect animals from freezing to death, They are no better than the BASTARDS that commit this crulty to animals,
It's the human way, just unthinkable how can you leave your dog outside??

water bowls freeze, wind and cold gets into these so called shelters, unfortunately these people who leave animals outside or do not care about animals outside in extreme heat and cold, do not have much inside, they will not change, so remove these poor animals, and do not allow them animals again, there is no love there at all.
