I'm sorry but if we have a windchill warning from environment canada this also goes for animals too no matter what people don't now what animals think we guess tell me how would you feel outside in this weather no clothes on chained water is frozen food to far away to eat snow is blowing in your so called shelter nobody listens for your crying please tell me how you would feel

Common sense should prevail when it is freezing or extremely hot that animals BY LAW, must no be allowed to remain outside for longer than it takes to do their business (no more than 5 minutes)!

please push does los road that animals have to be brought inside in order to be kept warm in 0 minus temperatures make it a law as some people refuse are simply do not bring in their pets in the cold so make it a law

Pets are domesticated living animals that deserve to be treated with caring and love unconditionally as they love you unconditionally. It's time the owners take responsibility or not be allowed to have pets.

Animals have no protection for the pads on their paws. Their water freezes quickly. Leaving them outside is tantamount to cruelty.

I'm part of T.L.C. Animal Aid since 1990. I have seen my share of abuse of animals. It has to stop. Laws have to change.
