In sub-zero on scorching heat animals have no way of telling you that ist is freezing or relly hot. Let us be the voice so they do not suffer.

please!! tighten up these laws,, someone has to be the voice for these animals, and the public needs to be educated.. sadly some people dont have the common sense to realize, because a dog or cat has fur, that they have endless warmth. please please,do something

Humane Society better start doing their jobs to protect these poor animals left out in the cold and put these abusers in jail.Like that will ever happen...:(.
I live in Kingsville and it makes me sick how many dogs are being left out in the cold and Humane Society can't do anything because of the laws. Need them to change immediately!

We need to have stricter rules to pretect our animals both large & small. I would like to see tougher laws brought into effect to punish those who have animals & refuse to take responsiibilty for them. Pets can not be left out in extreme cold or heat anymore than we can be left outside in extreme temperatures. Please act to protect dogs, cats & some of our larger animals from abuse.
