Working in a school we teach out children to respect all living things and the environment. So please protect these dogs and set an example.

Please, in order to be a progressive society, we have to start by helping all living creatures that cannot speak for themselves. In a society where our children are becoming desensitized, we need to set a better example. We're better than this, we're a better society than this, we have to all help protect the helpless.

People leaving their pets in their vehicles during high temperature days, bothers me to no end. I have a diner across the road from me, where patrons regularly dine, while their pets are sealed up for 40 mins or more. They are all elderly ppl that I have confronted, even going in the diner to find the owner bcs I can here their pet crying out. They seem to have no concern for their pets welfare and display their angst towards me. Even though I explain that once a dog over-heats, it is already too late to reverse damage.

Added should be leaving pets in vehicles during hot days. I have a popular diner across the road from me. Frequently patrons leave their pets in their vehicles, sometimes with the windows sealed, for periods longer than 40 min. I have confronted these ppl on 5 occasions, resulting in angst towards me for making statements regarding their pets circumstance. Why cant ppl leave their pets @ home?

no one --even animals suffer when its too cold and if not feeling well it is even worse--some people are just blank to that horrid situation--if its not them then who cares' YES---we need to look after our animals welfare.....

If you don't want to be left out in the cold for hours without protection, why would you leave your animal outside for hours

Canada is a humane country - lets show that through public policy.
