Dogs are family members and must not be kept alone outside all the time. They need to be socialized within the family and society in order to make them safe community members.

Pets get cold like we do. There should be stricter laws to protect animals from this type of harsh neglect. You wouldn't leave a child in the extreme cold /heat, so why do that to the furry member of your family?

Dogs are part of family and we don't let our family sleep out in extreme weather conditions or even normal weather conditions .i got 3 dogs and 8 cats they all in dogs only take out for walks

Yes, an extreme weather bylaw is essential. Dogs died in Ontario last year, during the frigid temperatures. We need new regulations to protect pets from freezing weather.
