I have been reading through all your comments and it is clear that many people feel just as strongly about this as I do. It is humbling to see how much Johnny Pesky means to so many of you. I am currently working on reaching out to the right people to make sure our message is actually seen by the league.

I am honestly stunned by how many of you feel the same way about Johnny. This momentum belongs entirely to the fans who remember what loyalty really looks like.

LET HIM STAY! MLB is ruined by these stupid rules. Johnny is a hero.
Unbelievable. MLB should be ashamed of themselves for bowing down to complaints like that. Shame on the O's too.
Disgraceful. The man has given his whole life to the game. Who cares if he sits in the dugout???
The Orioles need to worry about winning games instead of crying about a legend in a dugout. Total classless move.
This is ridiculous. Johnny Pesky IS the Red Sox. Let the man stay where he belongs.
