Seeing this level of support confirms that my neighbors feel the exact same frustration regarding how our town should prioritize its resources. We deserve a space that truly brings everyone in Hertford together. This momentum shows that our community demands a better plan for our local future.

For a county town Hertford is pretty much lacking in facilities for its people, we dont need a mosque, we need something for the whole towns people can use.
herrford needs good entertainment like bowling, so couples, friends or families could go and enjoy themselves and spend some quality time together. This should be done for the community, not to attract new Muslims into the area.
There us a mosque is Watford which is a much bigger town than hertford. We don't need one its just not big enough. We don't need an influx of extra people there is an school shortage as it is.
I feel this isn't right for hertford and that my council tax could be put to much better use to other community projects that would benefit a majority of Hertford's population
I am not against religion but I do not feel this is right. Our council has more pressing issues elsewhere that should be their main concern and also I don't feel there is a big enough community to warrant a mosque either.

Hertford does not need a mosque and it would be completely out of character with the rest of the town. It should not be built and I will NOT vote for any Councillor who votes in favour of this proposal.
