Me and my dad cancelled hughes in September. I was the sub holder because the money was coming out of my account. The internet sucked. But we had internet. I moved out of my dads house and 6 months later they started charging my card again. We've been now fighting with them for 2 months to stop charging me this money, they tried telling me that my dad signed up for an offer, which is a lie because he doesnt even have internet! Such a scam. Stay away from this company

Out of data same day all you get is lies about something you are not using and all it does is buffer. How can you use service that never work. $63.00 plus dollar and you getting $5.00 worth of service

My contract is almost up I’m so glad we were gone for the winter had our Internet in plugged even and it still used or showed we used The Internet in one week we used all 50 mg this truly is a rip off Shame on them !

Their service was horrible and none of the promises were kept. Their customer service was even worse. The charges for cancellation are over the top.

Hughes Net what a joke. Worst internet service ever. When I called to cancel the service because it was so bad they offered all kinds of crap for me to stay and when I turned them down and told them to come get their equipment they wanted to charge me to have someone come and take their dish off my roof. Didn't charge me to put it up though. I sent them the nose cone off the dish and their box. I at 60 years old got on a ladder and went on the roof and took everything down myself. Oh yea the dish went over well at the gun range as a target. It is now ventilated. Lousy company to do business with.

You can't use Hulu or other streaming services it just buffers
And you are out of data in 2 maybe 3 days and no one is home for about 14 a day and it's still gone in 2 - 3 days

We had hugesnet several years ago amd it was worse than dialup. Extremely difficult to cancel. We finally paid the early cancellation fee.
