Yep I canceled then after 3 months. We settled for half if the early cancellation fee. They did not provide as promised!!

They charge me for my service on the 11th of every month but don't provide my service until 20 days later. When I questioned them about it they said "too bad".

They do not deliver the service they said they would. Way over priced and very poor service , slow internet, can't watch a movie as it loads a minute, plays 2 minutes, loads a minute, plays 2 minutes, loads a minute, plays 2 minutes, etc. The picture is distorted. Hughes net is ripping customers off.

Hughesnet is the work internet service I’ve ever had. After months of not getting decent service (500kbps downloads and 1mbps uploads) I called many times to try to resolve the problems then eventually turned to their business Facebook account which ultimately was unable to help then their customer service began ignoring my Facebook messages. I asked many times to be let out of my contract because I wasn’t getting service, they refused. I stopped using their service and sent back their equipment yet they still sent me a bill for $600 for terminating my contract. Their business practices should be illegal.

Worst service ever! Data gone in a couple of days. Never could stream movies or have more than 2 devices connected. Canceled service after the contract was up. They continued to charge us for 17 months after we cancoabd got a new service with a great company and never reembursed us for it. Once we caught the secret billing and contacted them. They lied and lied and lied over multiple phone calls about the cancellation and their failure to stop collecting payments . They owe us a lot of money!

I had Hughesnet installed..the guy put it in the wrong place ..within 1 he of it being installed it went out due to rain..it was out for 3 days. I was done..no one told us it was susceptible to rain...I asked to have it removed ..they said I would have to go on the roof and remove the box ...it is a crappy system..hardly works and installers are not well trained...we removed the roof equipment and sent it back but they still charged my account 450$ for the equipment saying we never sent it back....jerks!!!

I am a Hughes Net customer and for 2 people our data runs completely out in the first 5 to 10 day of our billing cycle. We were completely misled when signing up and are stuck in this terrible contract. I gave up calling customer service as they have treated me poorly, hung up on me and made me wait for hours to speak to someone! Wishing we didnt have to pay an outrageous amount for terrible service.

They are a criminal organization. They continued to charge my bank PAST CONTRACT AND CANCELATION. They changed their name twice on the account to tap me again. I had to mail the local AG, and work with my bank for 3 months!

Would pay on one day then get another email to say need to pay another payment ask for 3th day of each month to pay be still get serveries down graded to lowered

We explained our needs they told us which plan we needed to do. Within 2 weeks our Internet no longer worked. We called they told us we need to pay $120 more a month for it to work. We have had nothing but problems with the service and customer service. Wish we would have gone with someone else.

Hughesnet hooked up my property, didn't explain that I would NOT get standard internet and I was out of speed within 2 days for a MONTH contract!

They offer gen 5 for rural and cannot back it. They’ve been here multiple times to correct, but we are stuck. Cannot get vudu to work, they blame busy or usage. Occasional Netflix down and constant buffering. Fix it, period, or stop advertising, refund with added inconvenience fees.
