Thinking about what to say to Pennsbury.... Something along the lines of...No closing Pennwood pool because the community uses it as well as the swim team. AP course should not be cut because they help academically advanced students get an edge before college, etc. Post ideas on the facebook page!
The Pennsbury school board is betting that we will just stay quiet while they dismantle our pool and gut our academic programs. They are dead wrong because your stories about how these cuts hurt our kids are proof that we will not back down from this fight.

The school board is finally scrambling because this momentum is impossible to ignore. They think they can cut these programs behind closed doors but we are making sure the entire community holds them accountable.

my daughter uses that pool every single week. if they close it we have nowhere to go. stop cutting things the kids actually need.

Ridiculous. Keep the pool open for the community and stop taking away opportunities from the students.

AP classes are the only reason my son feels challenged. cutting those programs is a huge mistake for our district.
