The emails I continue to receive show just how much stress this proposal is putting on everyone at the school. I spent the morning drafting formal responses to the board because they cannot keep ignoring the reality of our daily workload.

The sheer volume of people who have come forward to speak out against this change is overwhelming. It is exhausting to fight this battle but seeing this level of momentum proves we are not alone.

It hasnt worked for other schools, why would you change it. the current schedule is more college preparing, which is better than having 8 classes at once.

I feel as if the new schedule will mess up and over complicate the way my music pathway will go, and it will be very confusing to adopt a new schedule as a senior.

10th Grade - if the schedule is changed, then everything will be much more difficult for the students and teachers. Long term assignments will become very difficult to manage with 4 other classes. Teachers will be unable to interact with students, and jumping around subjects will make it much harder to succeed.

8 Classes all year round is WAY to much... Us students are already stressed out enough with four. Studying for 8 classes and doing tests / HW for 8. And trying to balance Family, work, sports, & any other things we have to take care of is WAY to much to deal with.

I do not want the scehuele to change because I believe it will mess up my grades graduation (2019). Also, for the students doing CTE classes I don't know how it will work out.

This is not fair for current sophomores and juniors. Some of us have spent a lot of time and effort making long term plans and goals for our remaining years at the high school. Going along with this change will mess up our schedules, and likely keep us from completing our plan.

Looking at all the comments and the horrible spelling, grammar and maturity, it is clear to me that you all need at least 8 classes a year and you need to go to school year-round.
Your comments and thoughts are not being taken seriously because of comments like "sports", "weed", "ain't", "getting jacked", "
And "ridiculous" (correct spelling is 'ridiculous'. Statements like "They are going to die" is dramatic, foolish and immature.
Unfortunately, those few with thoughtful comments are overshadowed by the immature dramatic ones and that is why this petition will go nowhere, so congratulations!
