Looking at all the comments and the horrible spelling, grammar and maturity, it is clear to me that you all need at least 8 classes a year and you need to go to school year-round. Your comments and thoughts are not being taken seriously because of comments like "sports", "weed", "ain't", "getting jacked", " And "ridiculous" (correct spelling is 'ridiculous'. Statements like "They are going to die" is dramatic, foolish and immature. Unfortunately, those few with thoughtful comments are overshadowed by the immature dramatic ones and that is why this petition will go nowhere, so congratulations!

It hasnt worked for other schools, why would you change it. the current schedule is more college preparing, which is better than having 8 classes at once.

This is not fair for current sophomores and juniors. Some of us have spent a lot of time and effort making long term plans and goals for our remaining years at the high school. Going along with this change will mess up our schedules, and likely keep us from completing our plan.

I could never seen myself doing this schedule, cramming so much classwork and projects into one year just go through the course of high school faster, I'd rather be consistent with learning four classes rather than being forced to multitask 8 different classes.

The new schedule is rediculous, i have been coming to this school for three years and should not be forced to switch on my final year

Students are already overwhelmed with the work load with only having four classes. If this is doubled, no one will be able to do anything but fail. Many students are currently losing sleep, weekends, and personal lives because of the mountains of homework that are coming from four classes, so I cannot imagine how it would be with eight classes. I hope that the schedule change does not go through so that students can continue to double up with topics and have less homework.

I don't like the new schedule change because every person I've talked to that has it doesn't like it and is even more stressed out. I mean just imagine if sophomores had it! Three social studies, geometry, health, and other classes on top of those. They are going to die. Four classes is better because it gives us a chance to focus on one topic at a time and it's less stressful. Having four tests on one day is a lot, but eight in two days? No. I feel like switching math classes won't help either. Math is something that needs to be practiced every single day in order to understand the concepts. Some classes don't need to be all year long. You would have to know stuff from the very beginning of the year when you take the final. It doesn't help you prepare for college at all because most colleges have a four by four schedule. A lot more homework. You would have to study for eight unique and individual finals instead of four. You could have a different lunch everyday. Like imagine having third lunch one day and first lunch the next.

I learn better by having class consecutively. If i have a question i can solve it and answer it next class not in a day.

having 4 classes a semester is just enough to focus on. Its better to keep the schedule simple and not complex. There is no need at all to change the schedule, it's ridiculous

I strongly agree with this. They can have their schedule in 2 years

I feel as if the new schedule will mess up and over complicate the way my music pathway will go, and it will be very confusing to adopt a new schedule as a senior.
