In
this day in age highschool children are being denied the right to use the
toilet in "class time" despite the dact not going the toilet can
damage tour bladder/bowel.
What
about adults who work and school?? Are they allowed to use the toilet??
Labor
laws state that employers MUST allow all workers to use the bathroom and in the
past employee's have sued employers that have refused them access to the
bathroom. The courts ruled in there favour . Adults who go back to school are
allowed to get up and leave whenever they need a drink or to use the toilet and
they don't even need to ask for permission.
So,
if adults are guaranteed the right to use the bathroom then why are kids in
primary, high and six-form school denied that right EVERY DAY?
Now
the main reason seems to be that teachers want to maintain control over you
EVEN if that means controlling your BODY FUNCTIONS
Some
teachers fear that if they let children out of class they would abuse this and
mess around/wonder around school but .. Are these good enough reasons for not
allowing to use the bathroom when your body decides it needs to eliminate
waste?? Definitely NOT !! It can be a danger to your health
The most
common health risk is that you could develop a urinary tract infection:
UTIs
can affect different parts of your urinary tract, including your bladder
(cystitis), urethra (urethritis) or kidneys (kidney infection).
There
is more to this case but I doubt most people wool read this far ..
