disapproval of the current policy implemented by Elementary Principal Amy Lamitie where as children are not allowed to use the bathroom while in the cafeteria; they may only go before/after the cafeteria or with a permission slip. The
undersigned is DEMANDING the Edwards-Knox Central School Board remove this policy that is causing children pain, bodily harm, health risks and embarrassment.
This is not a well thought out policy nor is it a published policy. We (the undersigned) do not feel this policy is acting
in the best interest of the school district or our children.

petition and if you don't want your name to appear on the public online
sight you can un-check the box below your information before you

The stories coming in from parents about the physical discomfort and anxiety their children are facing due to this bathroom policy are gut-wrenching. Call the school board office today and demand they schedule a public hearing on this issue. Keep pushing this link out to other families in the district so the administration cannot ignore us.
November 2, 2013
The energy behind this push is real and the school board can no longer ignore the health of our children. Send an email to your board representative today telling them this bathroom policy must end immediately.

This is ridiculous. Kids cant control when they have to go and holding it is just asking for accidents. Let them use the restroom!
