The traffic around campus is already a nightmare. trying to get to class is impossible when you have to stop every 30 seconds for the lights. fix the timing.

WASTE OF TIME. sitting in my car for 20 mins just to go two blocks is killing me. needs to flow better for the cars too.
The traffic around campus is already a nightmare. trying to get to class is impossible when you have to stop every 30 seconds for the lights. fix the timing.
