This is a petition that we are going to hand in to Birmingham City Council. On Behalf Of:Melanie Pearson 19 Wanstead Grove Kingstanding Birmingham B44 0DA To get Melanie Pearson a new tenancy agreement granted at the above address so she and her brother can live in the home they have grown up in. The Background on the reasons why everyone in the community wants Mel and Liam Pearson to keep there home. Mel and Liam Pearson, who, after losing both their parents, are trying to stay in the family home. They lost their Mom five years ago and the House was handed down to their Dad but of January this year their dad sadly passed away also. Birmingham City Council have given them six months, before they will have to vacate their family home. We are going to start a petition, to present to BCC, asking to grant Mel Pearson, a new tenancy agreement to stay in the family home. Liam is 14 years old and Mel 19, Mel is going to look after Liam, and wants to stay in the home they have grew up in. Their grandad lives a few doors away from them and everybody in the community knows the situation and is supporting them. At this tragic time, they need all the support they can get, so PLEASE sign and lets make a difference to two lovely young people who deserve some stability . we plead with Birmingham City Council to have some compassion and give these young people that stability.

They have been through enough already. Kicking them out is just cruel. Let them stay in their home.

I live down the street and these are such good kids. The council needs to do the right thing for once.

It is their home. They grew up there with their parents. Why make their lives harder than it already is?
